It is possible to increase penis length by mean of a simple procedure
known as penis enlargement. The patient must know the limitations
of this surgery (it increase penis length up to approximately 3cm).

The procedure:
the surgeon makes a minor liposuction in your abdomen with a special
syringe. Then he processes the extracted fat and injects approximately
1.8 in3 (30 cc) of it under the skin of your penis.
Length increase: the surgeon makes a small incision in the
shape of an inverted V in the pubic area and, working through it,
he cuts the suspensory ligament; this liberates the upper part of
the penis and makes it longer. Then he closes de incision with sutures
so that the inverted V acquires the shape of an inverted Y. The
straight section of the Y corresponds to the length gained.
Hospitalization Generally ,there is no need to be hospitalized,
it is done on an outpatient basis unless the patient feels more
confident the first night at the clinic
Anesthesia Local anesthesia and complementary sedation, or general
anesthesia.
